Author and lobster expert Trevor Corson joined the food history podcast Gastropod to guide listeners through the bizarre, ancient world of the American lobster. Co-host Nicola Twilley praised him as their lobster guide, calling his book, The Secret Life of Lobsters, "genuinely as delightful and funny as Trevor is in an interview."
